Child Safety Standards

Aurien is an adults-only dating application. The safety of users and the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation are core to our platform standards.

1. Age Restriction

Aurien is strictly intended for users 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use the app.

We use age-gating during onboarding, and accounts suspected of belonging to minors are removed immediately.

2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Aurien maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual content involving minors
• Grooming or attempted exploitation
• Sextortion involving minors
• Any content that sexualizes or endangers children

Such content is strictly prohibited on the platform.

3. Detection and Enforcement

If CSAE or CSAM is detected or reported:

• The content is removed immediately
• The associated account is permanently banned
• Relevant reports are escalated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Aurien complies with all applicable child safety and reporting laws.

4. User Reporting Mechanism

Aurien provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report:

• Inappropriate content
• Suspected underage users
• Abuse, exploitation, or safety concerns

Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken.

5. Child Safety Point of Contact

Aurien maintains a dedicated point of contact for child safety concerns and legal inquiries related to CSAE and CSAM.
