By using Aurien, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aurien. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you can form a binding contract with Aurien and meet all age requirements.

2. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Post any content that is hateful, threatening, or pornographic.
Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
Use Aurien for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Create multiple accounts or provide false information.

3. Matching & Cooldowns

Aurien uses proprietary algorithms to facilitate matches. We do not guarantee a perfect match. To maintain platform quality, "Cooldown" periods are enforced after unmatching, during which matchmaking features may be limited.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Aurien a license to use, store, and display that content as part of the service (e.g., showing your profile to potential matches).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AURIEN IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
